- 1 cup of CBD infused Coconut Oil
- 1 cup of Olive Oil
- 1/3 cup of Beeswax
- 1/4 cup of Honey
- 2 tbsp of Magical Sunflower Lecithin
- 3/4 oz of Lemon Grass
- 1/5 oz of Peppermint Extract
- 1 juiced Lemon
These items can all be found at your local supermarket. You should also have access to:

- Filter Bag or cheesecloth
- Sterilized containers
- Paper towels
Infuse Your Oils
The first step once you have all of your ingredients gathered is to infuse your oils with CBD. Place all of the ingredients into the Magical Butter Machine. Once you check and ensure that the head is completely secure and is not going to come loose, you can select the temperature at which you want your ingredients to cycle.
Once you put all of the components into the machine, set the temperature to 160°F or (71°C, for our non-American users). Press the 1 HOUR/OIL button to make it run for an hour and leave it alone to cycle. The machine will then grind, heat, stir, and steep your herbal extract all on its own, so all you need to do is wait until the machine beeps to let you know it's done.
You then should filter the mixture that has been created. Rinse out the pitcher from your machine. After the pitcher is clean, pour the infused oils back inside of it and add the beeswax and lecithin. Secure the head on the pitcher once again.
Make Your Lip Balm
At this point, you will once again run the MagicalButter machine. Select 160ºF or 71°C and then press the 1 HOUR/OIL button again.
After the cycle is complete, you will want to take your sterilized containers and pour the lip balm mixture into them. Make sure that you do this immediately after the cycle ends so that it does not begin to harden into one large block.
You also do not use the filter for this step because the lip balm wax starts to harden while it is being poured.
Finally, grab your paper towels and wipe the machine clean of any excess wax while everything is still warm. Run a cleaning cycle, but do not add cold water to the machine when running it. Cold water will not clean the machine but will instead make your wax stick to everything. This will become a huge mess and could potentially harm the machine as well.
