Magical Return Policy
We at Magical.com are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with the Magical Grow product. However, we understand that occasionally, for various reasons, a product may not meet your expectations. For such instances, we offer a fair return policy.
Return Period Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or slightly used and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact our Customer Service Team by emailing us at support@magical.com. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number as well as instructions on where to send your return.
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include a note with your RMA number.
- Ship the product back to us at your expense. The shipping cost is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Return Fees Please note that a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. The restocking fee is calculated based on the original price of the item.
Refunds If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@magical.com.
Disclaimer We reserve the right to decline a return if the above conditions are not met.
